Tampa Bay Taps is excited to announce that Ruth Eckerd Hall's Hoffman Institute is offering a new dance track that will provide tap technique classes for beginners and intermediate levels, an adult tap class and an advanced tap program that will include a resident tap troupe called the “Rhythm and Sole Tap Ensemble".
